About the program
Free drop-in for parents with newborns to active baby (7 – 9 mos.). Guest speakers, monthly Public Health Nurse visit, opportunities to meet other parents and learn about resources for families in the community. Formally “Baby Talk”. Hosted by the Esquimalt Neighbourhood House. The drop-in takes place at Esquimalt Rec Centre, 527 Fraser St. Victoria.
