About the program
Pacheedaht Family Day is delivered by Sooke Family Resource Society along with volunteers from the community, Pacheedaht band staff, and service providers from MCFD, VIHA, and South Island Wellness Society. This program provides a healthy lunch each Tuesday, with the exception of vacation breaks. A volunteer committee, made up of Pacheedaht Nation members, continues its involvement in formal and informal planning sessions and in program participation and support.
